You MUST confirm your enrollment or select a new plan during Open Enrollment – November 1 to December 15, 2017.
We’re a different kind of health insurance plan: not-for-profit. Medica serves more than 1.4 million members across seven states in the Midwest. For over 40 years, we’ve been working hard to build a health plan that’s easy to understand and easy to navigate.
By listening to our members and understanding their health care experience we’re able to offer plan options and service that are uniquely responsive to the needs of people, who purchase their own coverage directly. Every day, we’re working to earn your trust, and the trust of all the communities we serve.
This website is designed to help you continue your coverage through 2018, and to help you choose among the different health plans that are available to you through Medica. If you have questions, or if you need help navigating the system, you can speak directly to a Medica consultant.
Call 1-866-800-4031, and talk to a Medica consultant expert. We’ll answer any questions, and help you through the steps you need to take to enroll.
The health insurance marketplaces – also called health exchanges – are organizations in each state where people can choose from a range of government-regulated and standardized health care plans offered by the insurers participating in the exchange. HealthCare.gov is the health insurance exchange website operated under the United States federal government under the provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) designed to serve the residents of the thirty-six U.S. states that opted not to create their own state exchanges.
